Andrea has been in the sales and service industry for almost 10 years.  The last 5 years have been with Windermere Real Estate Northwest in Seattle, WA. and now currently with Timothy Real Estate in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  Andrea has served as an assistant to top agents coordinating their transactions, communications with clients, organizing work orders and staying on top of time frames within the contracts.  Andrea was also hired to create an enhanced services assistant program designed to serve up to 10 agents with one assistant. Andrea worked as a team with the creator of the program and the agents involved; creating systems that allow an assistant to manage more than one agent yet provided a high level of support for the realtor utilizing the service.  This required Andrea to be highly skilled with computer programs, the multiple listing service systems and Windermere technology.  While the technology side comes fairly easy for Andrea, her greater skill would be her ability to manage strong personalities and driven agents at one time!  Andrea’s fun personality, sense of humor and follow through are key to her long standing success and positive feedback from her clients and fellow agents.
